My name is Gene Mack, and I am the Managing Partner of GM Consulting LLC based in Vero Beach.  I have been a full-time resident of Vero Beach since I was relocated here for business in 2006.  I retired in 2019 and started consulting shortly after.  Initially, I consulted public companies making acquisitions of smaller public or private companies in the areas of Culture Fit, Operations and Intergration.  But my passion has always been roofing as I grew up in a family that owned a roofing company.  Throughout my career, I have been involved in the Roofing Business from Contracting to Manufacturing and Distribution.  Having been involved in these three disciplines, it gives me a unique perspective on all aspects of the roofing business.
